I try to make something special for my family on Christmas morning. Back when I was inhaling gluten and dairy at every possible opportunity, I made cinnamon swirl cream biscuits (a Cook’s Illustrated recipe). Of course, I had no idea at the time that gluten and dairy were making my daughter and me very sick.
I still like to make something extra special for breakfast on Christmas morning (or any holiday morning for that matter), and I was astounded at all of the seemingly indulgent, decadent options out there – even for us AIPers.
