Do you have an Instant Pot yet? When I got mine I felt like it was Christmas and I got the best gift ever! I LOVE my Instant Pot – I use it several times a week. With that said, sometimes I run out of ideas and resort to Pinterest for recipes. I  love cookbooks because my Pinterest boards are so full that sometimes I cannot find what I am looking for. With that said, I am super stoked about The Paleo AIP Instant Pot Cookbook that is now available!

Jen is actually a contributor to this cookbook and we are both so impressed with the quality and variety of the recipes, and also the ease of preparation. It’s full of easy, weeknight meals that are yummy enough to serve for non-AIP company.
