Lemon is one of my all-time favorite flavors. It pairs well with everything from honey and ginger to garlic and oregano. Delicious in soups, marinades, dressings, desserts, or even simply squeezed in a mug of warm water, lemons have been a beloved fruit since the dawn of time. My mom has a Meyer lemon tree in her backyard and it yields the most beautiful and juicy fruit. My big brother, Lenny, loves them so much that she sends a box-full on his birthday every year. (It’s okay, I know I’m still the favorite.)
