I just HAD to post a recipe review of this delicious New England Clam Chowder (DAIRY FREE BUT NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW IT) that my little Californian blogging buddy Amber, of The Tasty Alternative posted last week. I made this for dinner last Sunday evening – with my hubby especially in mind. He loves this rich chowder but rarely has the opportunity to enjoy it. (The heavy dairy gets him too.)
Well, I’m happy to report that my husband LOVED this chowder (as we all did) and agreed that the dairy is absolutely not missed in this recipe. It’s creamy, rich, and delicious.
