Sauce – who misses it, raise your hand? Being AIP means that you have to get creative with sauces, I mean, there is only so much you can do with bone broth, right?
I am a BIG fan of simple recipes. I stumbled upon this recipe on Pinterest and thought I would give it a try & I am so glad that I did!
This sauce is so good and creamy! I made it just as the recipe calls and used it on some zoodles (zucchini noodles) and it brought back fond memories of creamy pasta dishes. I also dumped it on a burger patty and dunked chicken in it. YUM

I recently {successfully} re-introduced cashew milk into my diet after being strict AIP for over a year. I decided to try it with cashew milk instead of coconut milk and the results were awesome. I also added some nutritional yeast and it gave it a “cheesy” flavor. The yellow coloring comes from turmeric, which is a great natural anti-inflammatory.
You should really make this sauce – like today. You are welcome. 🙂
