This is going to be a short one – I pulled out some of the AIP chicken stock I made a couple of weeks ago and threw together Chicken Zoodle Soup for dinner tonight. Easy, and we all could eat it. Done and done.
Supa-Doc recommended protein shake with 1/4 avocado, coconut cream, ice and water
pan-fried cod in coconut oil and a little bacon grease (oh YES I did!); cold cooked broccoli with e.v.o.o. and lemon juice; cooked sweet potato pan-fried in coconut oil with cinnamon and salt (mmmmm)
same protein shake as breakfast
