Homemade Butternut Squash Baby Food
  • 1 butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoons ghee, or fat of choice
  • cashew milk
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line oven rack with aluminum foil. Prick squash in several places.
  3. Bake squash until a knife or fork easily slides into squash.
  4. Remove squash and carefully cut in half. Scoop out seeds.
  5. Scoop squash innards (love that word) into food processor or blender.
  6. Process with ghee and enough cashew milk for desired consistency.
