Hey there! I don’t know if you’re like me, but I tend to get into a dinner rut – you know the routine, right? It’s when you start making the same thing week after week on autopilot (ground beef skillet sound familiar?) because you don’t want to take the time to research new recipes.
I created this AIP meal plan in the hopes of lifting the dinner rut – and encouraging you to be excited about the dinner hour again. As a head’s up, I thought it would be fun to make Wednesdays “breakfast for dinner” night, because my family enjoys breakfast night (especially pancakes and bacon), and it’s usually a pretty easy meal.
