  2. Your recipe looks really yummy! I have a hard time figuring out what to serve guests as well, many of them are scared off from the allergen friendly food thinking it won’t be good. So I try to make things that are naturally gluten free and then I make a dessert and have them bring a dessert.

    I will definitely make this and add it to my company menu :) You’ve done so good on the AIP, so much better than I would have done! I’m glad you and your daughter are feeling better.

    • Thanks so much Cassidy! I’ve been drooling over those thin mints you did recently on your blog! Sadly, I’m finding I react to nuts and nut flours now, so I’ve been having another pity party. Feeling sick isn’t fun, though, so it’s kind of a built-in motivator.
