Had a yummy dinner tonight. I used the Spaghetti Squash Pesto recipe from the other night and added some sauteed shrimp. YUM-yum.
Still truckin’ along on the AIP. Occasionally, I get a hankerin’ for something I can’t have, but in all honesty – it’s not been nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I hope I can maintain it another…uh…(doin’ the math)…47 days…?!?…dang.
Super-Doc recommended protein shake with melted raw coconut butter (Artisana), ice and water; leftover cod
